Absolutely fabulous hotel with neat rooms and a private bathroom. Early check-in, parking onsite. No charge for concierge service and ironing too.

The location was perfect for our stay, within a 5-minute walk of a beautiful landscaped garden, and the staff were attentive and excellent.

Deluxe room included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe, and a seating area. Pillows and bed were comfortable, I really enjoyed it. The location was good and stunning, for example, a landscaped garden was at a moderate distance from the hotel😀

I stayed for 3 nights in this fabulous and gorgeous place and loved it. The room was silent and reasonably spacious with excellent conditions, and I had a good rest. The staff members were very supportive and attentive.

The hotel had a great family atmosphere. The team was courteous and made me feel welcome. The property was adjacent to the center of Ooty, near the main market area, restaurants, and shops.

They were great too assist us in finding transportation for sightseeing and were very cordial. The spacious rooms were also a plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience.

The location is good for those with their own vehicle. The hotel owner and manager were helpful and attentive. The ambience of the hotel was pleasant. The staff, especially Julu, provided good service.

Nothing not to like.

The hotel is nicely maintained and clean. The location is convenient and situated in the heart of the town. They also have an outside-seating arrangement which was a fun and relaxing spot to enjoy during Easter.

The service is poor and there are a lot of things that could be improved. There is no restaurant, so ordering food through the staff is not recommended.

Breakfast & Location the breakfast was incredible, there was a wide variety of delicious food on offer, and the complementary coffee was great too. the hotel was located close to all the major attractions, making it an ideal place to stay. the view from the room was exceptional.

Poor Check, in Experience & Lack of Facilities the check, in process was terrible. We had to wait for an extended period before being given our rooms, and the staff was unhelpful and unresponsive.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was very convenient, being near the city center and all the best restaurants were just a short distance away. The hotel facilities were very useful, especially the parking area. Transportation was made easy for us with staff assistance. The breakfast included was also delicious.

Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus stand, making it easy to get around. It's also not far from the city center, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the rooms are well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. the breakfast served by the friendly staff is good, and there is outside-seating arrangement as well.

Some aspects of the service could be improved, with a limited number of staff available, and some occasional issues with water supply.
